Helios Packaging runs multiple manufacturing units across India, built to support large-scale production for both domestic and export needs. Each facility focuses on specific packaging types—flexible, rigid boxes, corrugated, and sustainable options. Dedicated units for food-grade, pharmaceutical, and industrial packaging ensure all safety and compliance standards are met.
Equipped with high-speed flexographic and rotogravure printing machines, automated extrusion laminators, and precision die-cutting systems, Helios delivers consistent quality across all packaging formats. Robotic palletizers are used to streamline handling and improve operational efficiency.
